I have been with North Star since June of 2006. It hasn’t been luck that I have had renters in my home continuously after the first lease was signed. Every time I have seen my home over the last few years it has been in outstanding condition. Every month rent arrives like clockwork with zero late payments. This would be enough to make me happy…

Walter goes the extra mile. He ALWAYS answers the phone, days, nights, weekends… The renters he finds are always top quality. He is proactive, well-organized, and completely professional. Annual tax documents are complete and accurate. His judgement is outstanding. You will not find another property manger in the area who is more competent or ethical….and my renters agree. I could not be any happier with the service.
Jeff was instrumental in helping us find our new home. We knew exactly what we wanted, and he never pressured us to settle for anything less. Many times we were the first people to view something as soon as it hit the market. He was extremely patient, showing us more than 17 houses, but not just looking to close a deal.
